Gift Your Taste Buds The Finest Dining Experiences with Ramada Central Gurgaon

Gurgaon has been the hub of growing cultures whether it comes to the industrial growth or the food trends. With premium pubs, bars and fine dine restaurants welcoming contemporary styles in cuisines, the 4 or 5 star hotels have also geared up in inviting dominant trends in their food. While initially most of the premium hotel chains were focused primarily on luxury in terms of stay experiences, now they are more oriented towards offering an exclusive gourmet experience in terms of food too.

Food That Speaks of Divine Taste & Simple Yet Salient Presentation

With a motto of providing a comprehensive premium experience, Ramada Central Gurgaon boasts the presence of a luxurious Café, catering to your taste buds for all sort of major cuisines like Continental, Mughlai etc. The widespread menu consists of a variety of appetizers to choose from. The Chef has curated each of the dishes so well that it would suit the taste of one and all for sure. With minimum relevant spices, every dish is cooked so well that even the kids can relish their meals without any hassles.

Amidst the variety of appetizers, the not to be missed ones are a mix of both the Italian and Mughlai cuisines. If you are an ardent admirer of Mughlai cuisine, Mutton Boti kebab, Kasundi Fish Tikka and Paneer Tikka must definitely be on your platter. Soft, succulent, pieces of meat and Paneer would melt in your mouth instantly, fetching you an extravagant luncheon or dining experience.

Coming to the wide range of Main Courses, Ramada Gurgaon Central holds the super combination of amazing taste and presentation in all their delicacies irrespective of the cuisines. The vegetarian as well as the non-vegetarian options speak of so much variety that you would definitely not run out of options as and when you walk in here.

Some of the not to be missed out dishes are the Monstrous Chicken Steak Sizzler, Kesari Kofta and certainly the Mutton Nihari Gosht. These signature dishes leave behind a finger licking taste that would surely keep Cafe Rouge as one of the Must Check-in Places whenever you are in Gurgaon. In fact, this might be the best restaurants in Delhi NCR for chicken steak sizzler.

My review would be an incomplete one without special mention of the desserts served here.

The Mirchi Ka Halwa and Rasmalai are the two most craved desserts at this restro. The fine grated chillies melting into your mouth with the sweetness of the ghee halwa is a taste that every taste bud would love to try.

A Comforting Ambiance For A Tete-A-Tete or Family or Corporate Get Together

One of the best experiences of dining at Café Rouge is not only the widespread menu but added to it is the royal serene ambiance of the place. The lavish dining space added to it piano performances and a live buffet counter are some things that you would not come across very easily in the usual fine dine-in restros.

Added to it, warm greetings and hospitality of the staff are the perfect bonus privileges that would surely turn your visits here to memorable ones. The buffet is affordably priced at 1100 INR approx/PAX that goes extremely well with the huge number of options they offer.

So if you are in Gurgaon and looking for the best restaurant in Gurgaon with a sober & serene ambiance, Cafe Rouge is your destination.

Ever Heard Of A Place Where Your Dessert Is Served With An Irish  Dance? This Pub In Delhi is The Perfect Destination

Delhi never runs out of options when it comes to exploring great food in terms of innovation or tastes. However in the marathon of upcoming eateries, standing out is essential and hence The Delhi restaurants never stop experimenting their hands on cuisines and their presentations. A few days I happened to visit The Irish House, one of the popular restropubs in Delhi and without an iota of doubt, I can say that my experience turned out to be extremely satisfying. I am not a frequent visitor of restropubs since I believe most of their experimentation involves in the section of beverages, to be more precise, cocktails.

However, The Irish House definitely made me change my opinion. This spacious restropub not only holds some brilliant innovations for cocktails but also in food and nonetheless the desserts.

Things That MaKe It A Must Visit in Delhi

Well, if you are one of those who love to hang out with friends or family often, then The Irish House has the perfect flavors to make it a great visit. The music, ambience and the courteous staff everything combined assure a great time at this restropub. In case you are tired of Connaught Place traffic and crowds for the perfect restropubs, this one has the right location, right in the plush Epicuria Mall with no crisis of parking facilities or unnecessary crowds.

  • The Great Irish Fish N Chips

DSC_0051.JPGThis again remains to be one of my personal favorites to recommend for. Fillets of basa with a crispy coating and served with a tasty tartar as well as some French fries is a great companion to any of your beverages.

  • Your Healthy Friend : The Ghost Pepper Smoked Chicken Salad

DSC_0054.JPGDSC_0059.JPGIn case you are a health freak, The Irish House also has a great option to indulge in. Well, the caption might sound to be quite an exaggeration, but without any added adjectives, this place in fact has one of the most versatile desserts that is served with an entertaining dance. The Irish Riverdance Dessert as its name suggests, is a sinful delectable dessert which would turn out to be a favorite too anyone. A perfect beer mug loaded with scrumptious brownie crumble, chocolate cookies, caramelized nuts, mouth-melting brownie and some freshly brewed beer is a treat nobody would turn down. The most entertaining part of the dessert is that it is brought down to your table with a perfect dance which adds to its innovation.

The Classroom: A Foodie Class You Cannot Afford To Miss

The Classroom Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

Do you often miss those good old days spent in the classroom? I surely do and I assume everyone of us does. How about a twist in the story? If your classroom happens to be a hub of food? Then definitely the story turns to be more interesting for sure.

IMG_20170812_184738

Let me take you through one such place today, The Classroom based in Sector 29 , Gurgaon, the haven of gastronomic outlets.

As the name says, the entire Gastropub is themed around a classroom setting. You have several sections like the Nursery, the KG, The Canteen, the Preschool etc. What more? You have the washrooms too filled with maths sums giving you the true vibes of a classroom. With school photographs and blackboards, every part of the interior happens to be reminiscent of the Classroom setting.

IMG_20170812_200433As I previously said, this “Classroom” has a innovative story to tell and here begins the foodie discussion. The menu is designed in the form of a single lined book and is divided in to interesting categories like The First Break(starters), The Lunch Break(main courses) etc. which again chimes the nostalgic classroom bells in your mind.We ordered the Veg and the Non veg platter and believe me they were more than enough to settle for our lunch. With a mix of items like chicken tandoori(grilled to perfection) seekh kebab, chicken malai tikka etc. On the Non-veg platter and Veg seekh kebab, paneer tikka, cheese balls etc. on the vegetarian serving, well, everything was cooked properly, minimum spiced, with the right balance of tastes.

With the “Desi Tadka” mocktail as our companion, a spiced lemonade, we had experienced an amazing luncheon session.

IMG_20170812_184501The Classes You Should Never Bunk in “The Classroom”

Sounds a bit odd! Isn’t it? Well, there are a huge number of ‘foodie’ classes which you shouldn’t bunk in The Classroom, but from my syllabus, I can quote two must classes that you cannot afford to miss.

classroom8Well, the Palak patta chaat is definitely one of them. Crisp fried palak leaves served with a tangy chutney makes you fall in love with Classroom. The other one is definitely the Chef special of the Day dessert. We happened to get the Death by chocolate, a sinful chocolate Lava cake served with scoops of fresh, rich, vanilla ice cream.

What You Shouldn’t Miss In Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba: a Complete Culinary Guide

Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato
Punjabi cuisine has always been my soft corner of taste. The delectable tandooris, the smokey grills, the soft, mouth melting daal makhani are some dishes for which the love never dies.

And especially when you are in the Capital City, the amazing colors of the Punjabi assortments just cannot be missed out. But out of the huge bunch of food outlets that Delhi offers to you for the amazingly delicious Punjabi taste, it is indeed difficult to make the correct pick.  So let us help you a bit by offering you the perfect choice for the Indian cuisine in Delhi.

A few days back I chanced to visit Rang De Basanti, The Urban Dhaba located in Hauz Khas Village and undoubtedly I can claim this outlet to be the paradise for every North Indian foodie. Let me share what’s in store for you at the vibrant, bustling, quirky eatery.

Let’s start the journey with some incredible drinks that this superb eatery has to offer:

Chacch{ To Be More Familiar, Butter Milk}

Though Rang De Basanti has traditional Punjabi dishes, but they decide to offer every dish with a perfect twist and their Chaach is not an exception.

The Tadka Chaach with the fine sprinkling of coriander and cumin tadka proves that even usual butter milk can be given a great innovative taste if mixed with the correctly chosen spices.

The Chaach is also available in flavors of Theekha( a bit chilly and spicy) as well as the plain one.

LASSI

Range De Basanti’s Desi Lassi that comes both in the sweet as well as salty varieties are also enriched in tastes with their rich creamy curd textures, heavy enough to quench your thirst and your hunger to a great extent.

Coming to starters, Rang De Basanti once again maintains its ritual of combining the usual conventional Punjabi delicacies with a punch of innovation and their starter menu establishes so to a great extent.

Naanchos

In Love with Naachos? Rang De Basanti has its exclusive version of Nachos, the “Naancho” with Mutton Keema. If wondering what exactly it is, let me elaborate a more.

These were naans shaped and cut in the form of Nachos, a bit harder in texture than the ordinary naans. Naanchos served with mutton keema as a dip is indeed the Punjabi version of the famous Nachos.

Mahi Ambarrasiya

Being a Bong I am a fish fanatic and this dish from the house of RDB fulfilled my cravings for crispy fish to the core. Crispy, crunchy fish fried and served with an exclusive RDB chutney is a dish you cannot afford to miss.

Tangdi Oye Hoye

A lovely chicken legpiece starter smoked to perfection with amazing spices and served with chutney specialties from Rang De Basanti.

Mains: Authentic Punjabi Delicacies On Your Plates

Soya Rara

Soft soyabean pieces served in the form of minimal gravy, commonly known as champ in a tangy, semi-spicy form.

Bhayankar Kadi Chaawal

If you are taken aback by the name, then let me unfold the history behind its nomenclature. It’s not the typical Delhite Kadi Chaawal, but presented with culinary twists. It comes in the form of deep fried balls which contain rice and is served with the Indian curry “Kadhi”.

Hari Mirch Ki Roti

Whichever curries you may try, the Hari mirch ki roti is a must accompaniment for a twist in the normal breads.

Meat Chawal

In case you are a rice addict like me then meat chawal that is basically a pulao with mutton pieces is worth a try.

Dessert Speciality

To end your lavish meal in the perfect manner, the Bhayankari Meetha Paan, an In-house icecream served with beetle leaf and gulkand is a definite try.

Rang De Basanti’ s “Bhayankar” (Danger) Alert

The Dishes with “Bhayankari” taglines are not to be missed at all. While the term “ Bhayankari” is quite misleading with indication to dangerous, but in Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba, every dish is Bhayankari considering its killing goodness and finger-licking tastes.

So whenever you visit Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba, never forget to give a try to the signature “Bhayankari” dishes.

Asia Central:Your Hunt For Great Asian Food Finds A Perfect Stop

Asia Central Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato
always nurture an attitude to experiment cuisines. And one of my favorite cuisines that I have fallen in love with during this experimentation is definitely the Pan Asian. Being born and brought up in a town of Bengal, we did not have many options to explore in the Asian delicacies. In fact, quite surprisingly people here often confuse the Chinese with Asian delicacies.

However after coming to Delhi and exploring several cuisines and sharpening my food knowledge I have come to a point where I understand the fine differences between Chinese and Asian delicacies. And when it comes to authentic Asian food, I have recently come across this hidden gem in South Delhi.

I had ordered food from there for a special dining with my guests and what came were boxes of unparalleled delectable happiness.

There are a bundle of points to appreciate and I    would like to begin primarily with their

Packaging:

One of the sole parameters that make a parcel or food delivery bring a smile to your face is its great packaging. I must say Asia Central has left no stones unturned to make it a successful, happy delivery. Sealed perfectly and packed in two cardboard boxes, what came to us was sheer happiness.

Food: Tastes That Surprise You in Every Bite

 Banana leaf steamed fish

Some tastes never fail to make you crave for more and the banana leaf steamed fish is definitely one such thing from the house of Asia Central. Soft pieces of fish that comes wrapped in banana leaf just melt into your mouth with their softness.

Pad Thai Chicken Noodles

This was a new found love for me with chicken noodles. The great packaging clubbed with the bits of chicken scattered in the noodles made it a dish that everyone must try.

Kung Pao Chicken and Thai Chicken Curry

Both of the delicacies seemed to be extremely relishing with intact tastes, correct mix of ingredients and the perfect blend of spices. The semi-thick gravies of both make them a perfect combination for any sort of rice or noodles.

A perfect five to Asia Central for such great food at such reasonable prices.

Why You Must Pay A Visit To Nariyal Cafe Today?

Nariyal Cafe Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato
Delhi has always been the hub for foodies. Whether you are a hard core vegetarian or a typical non-vagan, Delhi will never run out of choices for food. Owing to its cosmopolitan culture, it has been the hotspot of all with an appetite for great cuisine. Among all the eateries that Delhi has, very few come up with innovative cuisines and one such outlet that we chanced to come across the Nariyal Café.

Having stayed in Chennai for sometime, I always had a craving for typical Coastal cuisine. Though Delhi has options for that too, however most of them are extremely overpriced. In this scenario, a savior to all coastal flavor lovers is the Naariyal Café located in Adchini Market.

n1

Nariyal Café that began its journey in Feb 2017 and believe me it shouldn’t be judged by its young age. In fact it truly proves expertise does not always come with age and experience. Within these few months it has conquered the hearts of many foodies with its superb presentation, etting and definitely amazing food.

Things You should Never Miss In Nariyal Café

If you are Moving Into Nariyal Café and you are not tasting Nariyal Paani, then it’s definitely equivalent to a crime. Jokes apart Nariyal Café has some of the best flavored Nariyal Paanis available in mango, coffee, strawberry flavors. Make your pick and have a sip.

n7

The next thing that you should not miss is definitely its soup Malay Laska. Served in coconut shells, this soup has an affinity towards a Thai curry but the punch of South Indian touches along with some crunchy peanuts make it a super innovative and must try dish.

n8

Another must try dish is the Mutton Sukha Spaghetti that is served in awesome dried tender coconut crusts and garnished with some great seasonings. Spaghteei marinated in the thick gravy of mutton sukha in such an amazing presentation will definitely make you crave more.

n9

The Chettinad Dum Biryani is equally good but I am not too an ardent fan of biryani and hence won’t be able to give you an honest feedback about the same.

n6

n10

n13

Lastly the showstoppers stand out to be the Espresso Rasgulla and the Murugan Chocolate Bomb. Considering the kind of dessert fan I am, I would love to go to this place again and again for its amazing desserts. The coffee flavored rasgullas and the mouth melting chocolate bomb are sinful cravings that barely anyone can resist.

n5

n11

With a cozy setting and a hospitable staff, along with reasonable prices, Nariyal Café is one such spot you must visit today.
